Shipping policy

Currently, we post to Australia and NZ only.

We offer Free Shipping, just spend $79 or more and standard post is free. It will be automatic at checkout, no code needed.

Standard Post 

$9 for purchases under $79
Free for purchases $79 and over
Delivered in 5-10 business days after we dispatch it

Express Post

$12 for purchases under $79
$9 for purchases $79 and over
Delivered in 2-4 business days after we dispatch

Insurance/Extra Cover

$100 included or pay an extra $2 per $100 value (see below and please contact us before purchasing)

LEAD TIME - Currently the lead time to make your order is about 1 week.
We will pack and post your parcel as soon as we can. We always use care and attention to protect your items from damage, then we will send them to you via Australia Post.
We will provide you with a tracking number, you should receive an email with the info when we dispatch them.

Once sent, your parcel should arrive within 5-10 business days. Please understand that Australia post is currently experiencing significant delays and everything is taking longer than usual. If your parcel hasn't arrived within two weeks please check the tracking number first then if you still can't see it, send us an email -  info@mintingmemories.com.au

Minting Memories won't be responsible or financially liable for items lost once they have left our premises. If an item is lost by Australia Post, a claim for compensation (for up to $100) can be made and must be claimed by the customer. 

We can offer Signature on Delivery with Aust Post ($2.95) and/or Extra Cover if you wish to insure your items. The cost is $2 per $100 value and this is the exact cost we incur from Australia Post.
