Refund policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we don't offer a refund, exchange or shop credit. 


Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or items lost in transit. Once an item has left our premises we don't take responsibility for it. If you would like to upgrade shipping charges to include insurance for more than $100 cover, please contact us to add this option before completing payment.  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, please take photos and send us an email to info@mintingmemories.com.au so we can let you know what to do next.

In the first instance, we take the opportunity to provide you with an identical item to replace the faulty item. If this is not possible, we will offer you a shop credit or a full refund. We will notify you by email of our decision before proceeding with the next step. If a refund is to be given, it will be provided to the same credit card or bank which original payment was made.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mintingmemories.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges  
We don't offer exchanges for change of mind. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see policy above)

Gifts
The same conditions above apply for items purchased as a gift. Please send us an email at info@mintingmemories.com.au for further instructions. 

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email for further instructions where you can send your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
